Terms of Use – Cox Elementary PTA

Welcome to cox-pta.org, run by the Charlotte Ann Cox Elementary PTA, a volunteer-led nonprofit. By using the site you agree to these simple terms.

Purchases and donations. Orders and donations are processed by Square. Spirit wear orders are fulfilled by PTA volunteers; pickup and delivery details are on the store pages. Donations to the PTA are gifts and are not refundable. If something is wrong with an order, email webmaster@cox-pta.org and we will make it right.
Tax status. Cox PTA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law; your receipt is your record.
Accounts. Board sign-in is for current PTA board members and chairs. Keep your login to yourself and let the webmaster know if a position changes hands.
Content. Site content belongs to Cox PTA or the people who provided it. Share our pages freely; please ask before reusing photos of students.
No guarantees. Volunteers keep this site as accurate as we can, but dates and details can change. The school and the PTA newsletter are the final word on schedules.
